HSDIRR players go their separate ways upon mutual agreement

Since the start of the competitive VALORANT scene, we have seen a number of unsigned European teams perform tremendously well, with Orgless, Fnatic, and HSDIRR as prime examples. Sadly, the latter’s players revealed they are going their separate ways following a mutual agreement between them.

HSDIRR was a combination of several former Swedish and Russian professional players coming to VALORANT from different games, and they managed to impress the community with their playstyle and performances. The team won the Fragleague - Season 5 Cup #2 - Nordic, the Fragleague - Season 5 Cup #1 - Nordic, and the A1 eSports League - Fall Split 2020. Add to that 2nd place finishes in all of the Nicecactus Summer Trophy, the Nicecactus Summer Trophy #2, and the Nicecactus Fall Trophy #2.

Not only that, they even made it to both the First Strike Europe: Qualifier #1 Playoff/Play-In and the First Strike Europe: Qualifier #2 Playoff/Play-In after finishing top 16 in the First Strike Europe: Open Qualifier B and the First Strike Europe: Open Qualifier C respectively. Unfortunately, they couldn’t better their competition to make it to the First Strike Europe Regional Final, but definitely caught the attention of many VALORANT esports watchers and organizations looking to enter the scene.

All of HSDIRR’s former roster - Hampus "Supmah" Svensson, Alend "Ale" Khalaf, Felix "lyNxi" Björklund, and Benjamin "vicious" Guilotte, are now free agents. There were only four players on the team already, as we have seen Yaroslav "Jady" Nikolaev move on from the team to join Ninjas in Pyjamas following Niels "luckeRRR" Jasiek and Saif "Sayf" Jibraeel departure from the organization in mid-December.

What do you think of the multiple roster disbands in Europe specifically? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
