As per the team's announcement, one of the most iconic FPS players of all time, Julia "juliano" Kiran, has parted ways with G2 Gozen. Instead, juliano will return to G2's Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team.

juliano's FPS career began with Counter-Strike. She has been competing professionally since 2012, and CS covers most of her career. The Swedish in-game leader has played for several different teams and won various trophies. While playing for XSET, she decided to retire from CS and shift to VALORANT to start a new challenge in her career.

Shift from CS:GO to VALORANT

Juliano retired from Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and joined XSET Female in 2021, where she spent nearly four months before parting ways with the organization. She then formed The Originals with teammates zAAz, Petra, mimi, and aNNja. After reaching the semi-finals of the first ever Game Changers series in EMEA, G2 Gozen signed the team to enter the GC scene. To date, Juliano has played for the best GC team in EMEA and later the best team in the world. During her time with G2, she won three VCT Game Changers EMEA Series trophies and also captained the team. Finally, G2 won the VCT 2022: Game Changers Championship tournament to prove they were the best team in the world.

The Swedish player currently holds a 1.22 rating and a 1.25 K/D. She carried the IGL role of the most dominant Game Changers team and did a great job with a 1.23 rating and 1.27 K/D during her time at G2.

With juliano's departure, Petra and mimi are now the only remaining members of the original squad.
