KRÜ Esports to sign Darker for the VCT 2027
Yet another LOUD player is ready to pack his bags. After the departures of Lucca "luk xo" Travaioli and Roberto "erde" Lobos to Leviatán, it is now Sebastián "Darker" Cicuamia's turn after the player reached an agreement to join KRÜ Esports for the VCT 2027 season, according to a report by THESPIKE Brazil.
A New KRÜ Starts to Take Shape
Darker is set to become the very first signing for KRÜ as the organization looks to overhaul its VALORANT lineup completely for the new season. For now, the Argentinian org has already announced the departures of Leonardo "mwzera" Serrati and Olavo "heat" Marcelo, in addition to stating that it will soon define the futures of Jesús "Dantedeu5" Larrosa, Felipe "Less" Basso and Matias "Saadhak" Delipetro.
Looking past Darker, KRÜ are also keen on keeping Enzo "tkzin" Zimiani, who was on loan at LOUD, for the coming year. A deal is yet to be struck between the Brazilian player and the organization, though, as Riot Games ruled that tkzin may consider himself a free agent on the market after a contractual dispute between the two parties.
Now, KRÜ will look to continue to rebuild with Darker as their foundational piece. The player already made history just weeks ago after he won VALORANT Champions Tour 2026 - Champions Shanghai with LOUD, becoming the first Colombian player to become a VALORANT World Champion.
For their part, LOUD continue to have their lineup torn apart immediately after coming away with one of the most remarkable VALORANT Champions runs in the game's history.
