LOUD's upcoming match against Evil Geniuses at the VCT 2025 - Americas Stage 1 is expected to be the last for Head Coach Jordan "stk" Nunes under the Brazilian organization. According to information reported exclusively by our THESPIKE Brazil division, LOUD will aim for a complete restructuring of its coaching staff, and has already made the decision to let go of stk once the team's journey at Stage 1 comes to an end.

Though the organization has not made the decision official yet, our report indicates that stk has already been informed that he will not remain with the team to close out the 2025 season.

A much needed change in direction

The decision to move on from stk comes off the back of the worst losing streak of LOUD's history in VALORANT, with four of the team's last six consecutive losses coming during the ongoing Stage 1 tournament.

Though stk was expected to play a key role in LOUD's plans for the entirety of the season, the coach quickly lost credibility after the team's string of poor performances under his leadership. Given LOUD's large and passionate fanbase, as well as their rich history in VALORANT, it was only a matter of time before drastic measures had to be taken.

This led to the decision to let go of stk without so much as securing a replacement beforehand. According to sources, however, LOUD is already evaluating candidates, and the transition to a foreign coach is not of the question. With a full restructuring of the coaching staff expected to be underway soon for LOUD, it still remains unclear at the time what the future holds for Assistant Coach Matheus "mat" Dourado.

    A figurehead departs

Though the loss of stk may be for the best, it is one that will be felt all the same. The current Head Coach has been a part of LOUD since 2022, when he joined as an Assistant Coach, and helped lead the team to the trophy at the VCT 2023 - Americas League as well as to their Grand Finals appearance at the VCT 2023 - LOCK//IN.

THESPIKE has reached out to LOUD for a comment on the matter, but no response has been received yet.
