MIBR has officially announced its VALORANT roster for the 2026 VCT season, opting to go more international than ever in search of a trophy.

    Aspas and Zekken join forces

For their new lineup, MIBR chose to retain only Erick "aspas" Santos and Andrew "Verno" Maust from their 2025 roster, adding three new players to the squad. First up we have the additions of Roberto "Mazino" Rivas and Ian "tex" Botsch, two veteran players who will provide invaluable experience to the team.

The biggest addition of all, however, is no doubt that of Zachary "zekken" Patrone. The former Sentinels star Duelist has been a force to be reckoned with in the Americas ever since he joined the team for the start of the 2023 season. Often proving to be one of the few players in the region that could keep up with aspas' firepower, zekken and the Brazilian superstar will now be joining forces in hopes of taking MIBR to new heights in 2026 and beyond.

In addition to the lineup itself, MIBR also confirmed that Danny "fRoD" Montaner will continue to be the team's Head Coach. Morevoer, the organiztion is also bringing in Vincent "Happy" Cervoni as their new Assistant Coach.

    MIBR’s new VALORANT roster:

    • Brazil Erick "aspas" Santos
    • Chile Roberto "Mazino" Rivas
    • United States Zachary "zekken" Patrone
    • United States Andrew "Verno" Maust
    • United States Ian "tex" Botsch
    • United States Danny "fRoD" Montaner (Head Coach)
    • France Vincent "Happy" Cervoni (Assistant Coach)

With the team's new roster now officially revealed, this marks the first time in MIBR’s history in VALORANT that the organization has a lineup with more foreign players than Brazilian players. Last season, the team achieved strong results, including top-three finishes at VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Americas Kickoff and VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Americas Stage 1, as well as participating in VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Masters Toronto 2025 and finishing 5th–6th at VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Valorant Champions.

Now, looking ahead to 2026, pressure will be on MIBR to exceed last year's performance, and then some, after putting up a roster that looks built to lift trophies.
