New VALORANT leaks reveal upcoming electricity-based skins
Its only been two weeks since Riot Games released its latest VALORANT skin collection, Storm Maw, but VALORANT fans might have something simply electric to look forward to. According to recent leaks, the next bundle might be shocking the community with a release date coming sooner rather than later.
Harness the power of the storm
As shown on popular leak account @VALORANTLeaksEN, Riot will be adding another electricity-based skinline, titled Bolt. The skin line features a Phantom, Spectre, Outlaw, Frenzy, and a Knife. There will also be a Flex item featured in the bundle, in the shape of a icosahedron with lightning captured within.
During the finisher, the final enemy slain will begin to float in the air while lightning bolt zap throughout their body. The sky turns dark, as if a oncoming storm has finally made landfall. In the end of the finisher, a massive lightning bolt strikes from the sky onto the enemy, leaving nothing behind of a crater.
There are also three different supposed color variants, besides the base blue. There is a red colorway with purple lightning, a black colorway with red lightning, and a white variant with light blue lightning. They are all aesthetically pleasing, and there is sure to be a colorway that suits every style. People have, however, responded saying that this is what the Smite bundle should have originally been, while others are comparing the sounds of the collection to the Magepunk collection.
Possible Bolt pricing
Since the skin collection has not been revealed by Riot, the true full price of the bundle is not known. Given that the collection has new sound effects, animations, and a custom finisher, along with three different variants, we could predict that the Bolt collection will be placed in the Premium tier of VALORANT skins. As a result, the entire collection could cost around 7,100 VP, with each individual gun priced around 1,775 VP, similarly to other weapons of this nature.
Leaks claim that the weapon will be dropping on the first week of April, so stay tuned with VALORANT's official social media accounts or stay locked in with THESPIKE.GG for more updates on the official release.
