Overt sign Team Tilted's Australian VALORANT team

Founded in 2019, Overt is an Oceanic organization, most notable for their Counter-Strike: Global Offensive squad and Fortnite players. They also boast many content creators who have helped them propel off of the ground in the little time they have existed. VALORANT looks to be the way forward for Overt, as they sign Tilted.

The full roster that joins is Thomas "elemeNt" Rath, Jesse "Jesse" Zhai, Kiyan "MirzAA" M-Basari, Simon "Orbit" Wan, Kevin "niiveK" Huynh, and substitute Jasper "Stockz" Harding, who all played Counter-Strike prior to VALORANT.

The first we saw of the roster at the top level was when the squad played Rise of Valour - Last Chance Qualifier, falling out in 9th-16th after losses against Kanga Esports and MindFreak. After this, they benched Stockz, replacing him with Jesse.

Most recently, the squad have been playing in LPL 2020 Spring Cup - Evolution, where they currently stand 3-0 without losing a map. They are looking to maintain this form and qualify for LPL 2020 Spring Cup - Challenger’s next installment.

"We are a fresh roster, just replaced the 5th on our roster following the Ignition Series and, at the moment, we are playing in the LPL League, which is OCE’s largest league. We are competing in the evolution league, where we play a BO3 each week and the top teams go into finals, to play for a challenger spot and a big prize pool," the team’s captain and IGL, MirzAA, exclusively told THESPIKE.GG.

"The team is looking very strong at the moment, and with the new addition to the roster the boys all have their eyes forward and for us the only way is up. We’ve had some great results against some of OCE’s top teams with hopefully plenty more to come," he continued.
