PaTiTek to explore options outside of Team Liquid ahead of VCT 2026 season
Team Liquid's VALORANT player Patryk "paTiTek" Fabrowski has revealed that he will be exploring his options and looking for a new team ahead of the VCT 2026 offseason.
While paTiTek has revealed that he is still under contract with Team Liquid, he made sure to note that he will be "looking for a new team," confirming changes will be made ahead of the 2026 VCT season. Additionally, while paTiTek has only played in EMEA, he has cited in his post that he is "open to all VCT regions."
Team Liquid showcases consistency in VCT 2025
Team Liquid and paTiTek initially entered the VCT 2025 season as underdogs, but they became EMEA’s most consistent team by qualifying for every international event in 2025.
Unfortunately, while their consistency in reaching the international stage was impressive, the team struggled to translate that into international success. Team Liquid finished in 5th-6th place at VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Masters Bangkok 2025, and 9th-10th at VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Masters Toronto 2025.
However, their biggest shocker came from the team’s struggles at VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Valorant Champions. After taking the trophy at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - EMEA Stage 2, Team Liquid struggled to translate that domestic performance to the international stage, and failed to make it to the playoffs at Champions Paris.
What’s next for Team Liquid and paTiTek
Now, Team Liquid will be testing their options ahead of the VCT 2026 season as they look to bolster their lineup ahead of next year's Kickoff.
Meanwhile, paTiTek is a veteran player who has achieved international success in the past, such as his 2nd place finish at VCT 2024 - Masters Shanghai with Team Heretics. Now that he has had a full year of experience in the VCT system, it will be interesting to see what team he chooses in his quest to qualify for his fifth international event.
