The North American esports organisation, Radiance, has parted ways with their VALORANT roster, featuring Zander "FIEND" Bates, Shaun "cheatcode" Quinto, Anthony "venture" Ziade, Christopher "Rebo" Heindel, Youssef "sSef" Daghache.

Radiance has been performing in the Valorant scene for a few months now and the organisation has appeared in many different tournaments. They competed in VCT 2022 - North America - Stage 1 - Open Qualifier 1 and VCT 2022 - North America - Stage 1 - Open Qualifier 2 but failed to make it to VCT 2022 - North America - Stage 1 - Main Event. After the disappointing results, the organisation decided to release the roster, including the manager, Waffle. Despite their VCT failure, Radiance reached NSG 2022 Winter Championship - Finals Quarterfinals but faced a 2-1 loss against Akrew.

Christopher "Rebo" Heindel had the best rating with a 1.09 for the past three months, compared to his teammates. On top of holding a 1.09 rating, he also had 1.14 K/D and 213.6 ACS. Rebo mainly played Astra and Sage for the team.

The free-agent ex-Radiance roster is as follows:

United States Zander "FIEND" Bates United States Shaun "cheatcode" Quinto United States Christopher "Rebo" Heindel Canada Anthony "venture" Ziade Canada Youssef "sSef" Daghache
