In a move first reported by George Geddes of Upcomer, it appears that French player Thomas "kAdavra" Johner will be leaving Alliance, a team he has been with since the beginning of January.

kAdavra has played duelist for the team since its inception, helping them to an appearance in Stage 1 VCT 2021 - Stage 1 - Europe Masters. It is not yet known where he'll be heading, as there have been no rumors or leaks towards his possible joining of another organization.

After entering the VALORANT scene in December, with caster and host James "BanKs" Banks having joined as the team’s General Manager, Alliance looked to be one of the most promising professional teams, especially with the signing of Enzo "Enzo" Mestari. However, their results of late have shown them failing to consistently prove that they belong in the top tier. They recently failed to qualify for Challengers 2 or Challengers Finals for Stage 2, as they lost to Team Liquid in the round of 16 during the Challengers 2 Open Qualifiers.

The Alliance roster now stands as:

France Enzo "Fearoth" Mestari Lithuania Tautvydas "hype" Paldavicius" Germany Niels "luckeRRR" Jasiek France Alexandre "xms" Forte
