In a shocking series of events for Turkish giants Papara SuperMassive, the trio of Melih "pAura" Karaduran, Mehmet "TURKO" Özen, and Batuhan "russ" Malgac have announced that they are open to offers from new teams. With the departure of their coach Tanizhq a few days ago, this iteration of the team seems to be at its end.

When the roster was completed in May this year with the simultaneous additions of russ, pAura, and Turko, there was considerable hype around the Turkish superteam. The squad certainly did not disappoint, winning VCT 2021 - Stage 3 - Turkey - Challengers 1 and placing 2nd at VCT 2021 - Stage 3 - EMEA - Challengers Playoffs. Unfortunately, the high flying squad was shot down at the international stage at Masters Berlin VCT 2021 - Stage 3 - Masters Berlin - Group Stage and their remaining chances of qualifying for VCT 2021 - VALORANT Champions 2021 were squandered following disappointing losses in the VCT 2021 - EMEA Last Chance Qualifier.

Their recent form is no reason to judge the quality of the players in this squad, however. pAura remains one of the most decorated Turkish VALORANT players, having won First Strike Europe Regional Final and placed second at VCT Stage 1 VCT 2021 - Stage 1 - Europe Masters, alongside his aforementioned successes with this team. russ remains a top duelist in Turkey, boasting a 1.28 rating and 253 ACS overall, while Turko is a highly versatile player who has played sentinels, controllers, and initiators for elite European teams through his career.

Given that SuperMassive Blaze’s coach, Tanizhq, has already decided to leave the team and the three players will also be on their way out, the future of the organization remains up in the air. Having retained just Baran "Izzy" Yılmaz and Eren "Brave" Kasırga, a large-scale rebuild is on the cards.

Until a roster move is officially announced, SuperMassive Blaze still are:

Turkey Baran “Izzy” Yilmaz Turkey Eren “Brave” Kasirga Turkey Batuhan “russ” Malgac Turkey Melih “pAura” Karaduran Turkey Mehmet “Turko” Ozen
