The Blooming Talents League: Promotion is an Italian tournament hosted by QLASH. At the end of each stage, the relegated teams from the Blooming Talents League and the winner teams from Circuito Tormenta Italy face off in the Promotion Tournament, battling for two spots in the next stage.
