Jinx’s abilities in League of Legends
Passive: Get Excited!
Jinx's Passive is that whenever she gets to takedown against an enemy champion, epic monster, turret, or inhibitor within three seconds of damaging them, she will gain a bonus movement speed increase of 175% which decays over the next six seconds.
She will also get a stack of Get Excited! and she's allowed to exceed the attack speed cap for the duration of this. Each stack grants her 25% total attack speed which can stack up to five times. That will reach a maximum of 125%. Any stack beyond the first of this can only be stacked from killing another enemy champion.
Q: Switcheroo!
Jinx can toggle her Q to switch between her two guns, Pow-Pow which is a minigun, and Fishbones which is a rocket launcher.
When she has Pow-Pow active, her basic attacks generate a stack of Rev’d Up for two and a half seconds, which refreshes on every attack and stacks up to three times
Each stack of this grants Jinx up to 65% bonus attack speed at maximum rank, but the second and third stacks are only 50% of this increase.
With Fishbones active, Jinx’s basic attacks cost her mana, but they damage enemies for 110% of her AD as physical damage and also explode on hit. This damage is also increased by her Critical Strike chance and Jinx gets a bonus attack range of up to 200 at max rank, but loses 10% of her bonus attack speed.
W: Zap!
Jinx’s W, Zap!, fires a laser in whatever direction she chooses, dealing physical damage to the first enemy it hits. This will be up to 210 at max rank plus 160% of her Ad. Additionally this also reveals the target and slows them for up to 80% for two seconds at max rank as well.
E: Flame Chompers!
Jinx throws out three Chomper traps at the target location which land shortly after casting, and will explode after five seconds, dealing up to 270 magic damage plus 100% of Jinx’s AP.
These will also knock down enemy champions and rootthem for 1.5 seconds whenever they walk into Flame Chompers!
R: Super Mega Death Rocket!
Jinx fires a massive rocket at the target location, which can be fired all the way across the map, dealing physical damage to enemies based on the distance it traveled. The damage dealt is up to 625 plus 165% of jinx's bonus AD, as well as up to 35% of the target’s missing health - so this is a great execute!
This can also deal extra AOE damage to nearby targets of up to 500 plus 132% of Jinx's bonus AD, plus up to 28% of the target’s missing health.
