Everything You Need to Know About Milio in League of Legends
Milio is one of the most fun Supports that Riot Games have released in a while, so if you're a Support main we highly recommend picking him up. Here is everything you need to know about Milio in League of Legends.
In terms of Enchanters, you can't get much better than Milio. Between his disengage and his buffing of his ADC there isn't much that the harmless Fuemigo lover can't do.
From the outside a lot of players look at Milio and consider him to be relatively weak, but even excluding his giant AOE Cleanse of an Ultimate, the shielding, knock back on his Q, and all of his speed boosts are nothing to overlook in a game of League of Legends.
Milio’s abilities in League of Legends
Passive: Fired Up!

Whenever Milio uses an ability, he enhances either himself or an allied Champion for four seconds. This then causes the next basic attack or ability that they or he uses against any enemy to deal 15% of their Attack Damage as bonus Magic Damage, which also applies a burn of up to 50 Magic Damage plus 20% of Milio’s AP over one and a half seconds.
Q: Ultra Mega Fire Kick

After a quarter-second delay, Milio will kick a fireball in whatever direction he chooses, knocking back and slowing the first enemy it hits over one second duration.
When the fireball hits a target, the ball will bounce in the same direction from the target's location, which will also explode in a small AOE area dealing up to 340 magic damage plus 120% of Milio’s AP. This also slows any enemies it hits for 1.5 seconds by up to 60%, with an additional 5% being added on per 100 AP that Milio has.
W: Cozy Campfire

Milo summons one of his friendly Fuemigos at the target location or on an allied champions for six seconds. This will follow the nearest allied champion as well as granting vision around it.
Any allied champions within the AOE area near the fuemigo gains bonus attack range, equal to part of their base attack range, which is up to 20% max rank. Allies near Fuemigo heal for roughly 70-150 health over the duration.
Milio can also recast Cozy Campfire to change the target from any allied champion to either himself or another allied champion.
E: Warm Hugs

Milio's E shields himself or allies for up to 165 plus 45% of his AP for 2.5 seconds at max rank.
Placing a shield on himself or any ally will grant them a movement speed of up to 20% at Rank 5. He can also charge two stacks of Warm Hugs and can use both shields at the same time for a double effect.
R: Breath of Life

Milio explodes in a massive area around him releasing healing flames which heal allies for up to 350 Health, plus 50% of Milio’s AP at level three of this ability. As well as this, the ability cleanses himself and nearby allied champions of any crowd control that is not airborne, as well as giving them 65% Tenacity the following three seconds.
When was Milio released in League of Legends?

Milio fits in so well with the League of Legends roster it feels as if he's been in the game for years, whereas in reality, Milio was only released earlier in 2023 in Patch 13.6.
This was released on March 22, 2023 and came alongside the Faerie Court event in which Milio got Faerie Court Milio as his debut skin.
Where is Milio from in League of Legends?

Being one of the more warming, but yet interesting and entertaining pieces of lore that League of Legends and Riot Games have released it in a while, Milio comes from Ixtal and has mastered the fire axiom in this journey.
A lot of his journey and backstory is him traveling through the jungles of Ixtal to join the Yun Tal in the capital of Ixaocan.
Milio’s Age in League of Legends

Being born in 985 AN, Milio is only 12 years old. This also places him as one of the youngest champions in the whole of the League of Legends roster, second to only Annie at 9 years of age, who was actually been in the game for longer than her character has been alive in the League of Legends lore.
Milio’s Voice Actor in League of Legends

The voice actress for Milio is Giselle Fernandez. Whilst it's not surprising that a 12 year old Millio is voiced by an actress instead of an actor, Giselle Fernandez has actually voiced a lot of other characters you might know.
She voiced Princess Daisy in Super Mario Bros Wonder and even Aloy in Genshin Impact.
Is Milio male or female?
Milio is a male in League of Legends. Riot Games confirmed this in his official story and champion bio. He is a young support champion who comes from a place called Ixtal. In the game and in the lore, people use “he” and “him” when they talk about him. Milio shows a kind and cheerful personality. He stands out because most enchanter champions in the game are either female or non-human.
Does Milio “E” stack?
Milio’s E ability is called Warm Hugs. This spell has two charges. He can use both charges one after the other. Each time he casts it, he gives a shield and movement speed to an ally. The shield does not stack in strength if he uses both casts on the same person, but it can extend the time the shield lasts. The movement speed bonus also adds up when used back-to-back. This makes Milio strong in fast fights or when saving teammates. His E gives him the chance to protect more than one person quickly, which makes him very useful in team play.
There are various different types of Supports and whilst Milio is a very disengage focused Enchanter Support this might not be your style. If he's not then we have a ton of other champion guides, and we've linked just a few below so you can get started on finding your perfect main!
