Fiora’s abilities in League of Legends
Passive: Duelist’s Dance

Fiora marks one side of enemy champions near her, and these marks last for just over 15 seconds before Fiora finds a new vital on the enemy champion to mark. Marks refresh after Fiora hits one or after 15 seconds.
If Fiora deals damage by hitting this mark, it deals true damage, which scales with bonus AD and equals 3% plus 2.5% per 100 bonus AD of the target's maximum health.
Hitting a mark heals Fiora for 40 to 115 health based on her level.
Q: Lunge

Fiora dashes in her target direction and stabs the nearest enemy. This can also hit structures and wards and works as an auto attack reset - which also reduces the cooldown by 50%.
This applies on-hit effects and effects and deals up to 110 physical damage, plus 110% of Fiora’s bonus AD.
W: Riposte

Fiora's counter engage ability is her W, which has her take up a defensive stance for 0.75 seconds, which prevents her from taking any damage, excluding towers and she is unable to be crowd controlled.
Any targets she hits during her W will receive up to 270 magic damage plus 100% of Fiora’s AP. Riposte slows movement and attack speed by 25% for 2 seconds, or stuns if it blocks an immobilizing effect.
E: Bladework

Fiora’s next two basic auto attacks within the next four seconds gain 25 bonus range and up to 90% bonus attack speed.
The first strike will slow the enemy target by 30% for one second, but it cannot be a critical hit. Whereas the second attack will guaranteed critically hit, for modified damage of up to 200% at max rank. This also works on structures and is an auto attack reset.
R: Grand Challenge

The passive of Fiora’s R is that Duelist’s Dance bonus movement speed is increased by up to 50% at max rank.
The active marks an enemy champion for 8 seconds, placing a vital on each side of them. Fiora gains bonus movement speed while she's near this target, and when she hits all four vitals on the target she summons a victory zone, which heals her and all allies within it for up to 125 HP plus 60% of Fiora’s bonus AD.
This also happens if the target dies before Fiora can hit all 4 vitals but has hit at least one.
When was Fiora released in League of Legends?

Fiora was released on February 29, 2012 alongside the Royal Guard Fiora and Nightraven Fiora skins. She was the only champion released in Patch 1.0.0.135.
Despite being in the game for over 11 years, Fiora is still one of the most prominent and dominant Top Lane champions in League of Legends.
Where is Fiora from in League of Legends?

Fiora was born and raised in Demacia City, in Demacia, and is the head of the Laurent family. She is a Demacian through and through and is arguably the best duelist in the entirety of Demacia’s arsenal.
Fiora’s Age in League of Legends

Fiora was born between 966 AN and 971 AN, which places her approximately 26 to 31 years of age.
This is, however, significantly older than a lot of the Demacian champions we have in the League of Legends roster.
Fiora’s Voice Actor in League of Legends

Fiora’s voice actress is Karen Strassman who actually voices Cassiopeia, Shyvana, and Zyra in League of Legends too.
She also voices Shyvana in The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story, Fiora in Legends of Runeterra, and even Chromie in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight!
What is Fiora's weakness?
Fiora is strong in one-on-one fights and split-pushing. But she has a few clear weaknesses. Her early game is weak compared to many top lane champions. She can lose trades before she gets key items.
Fiora depends on her Riposte (W) to block crowd control. If enemies force her to use it early, she becomes easy to gank or lock down. She also struggles against champions who poke from a distance. Her only way to close gaps is her Lunge (Q), which has a short range and cooldown.
Items that reduce healing, like Bramble Vest or Executioner’s Calling, make her healing less effective. Fiora also finds team fights difficult. She performs best in split fights or duels, not big team fights.
Is Gwen better than Fiora top?
Gwen and Fiora both work well in top lane, but they focus on different goals. Fiora plays best as a duelist and split pusher. She uses mobility and true damage to win one-on-one fights. Gwen does better in team fights. Her skills let her deal damage to many enemies and stay safe with her mist.
Fiora wins more often in direct matchups against Gwen. But Gwen fits better in team-based playstyles. The better pick depends on the meta and how your team wants to play the game.
Fiora is, and has always been one of the most popular Top Lane picks, hence why a lot of professional League of Legends players have mastered her. However, here are some more League of Legends champion guides if Fiora isn’t the right duelist for you!
