Everything You Need to Know About Zeri in League of Legends
Zeri is one unique ADC in League of Legends, and whilst Riot Games are moving away from traditional marksmen with their newer ADC champions, Zeri started that! This is everything you need to know about Zeri in League of Legends!ON THIS PAGE:

Zeri is a very unique markswoman in League of Legends as she doesn’t actually use her auto attacks to farm. Whilst this is very well known about Zeri, it does tend to scare a lot of potential players away from playing the Spark of Zaun.
If you think you might be one of those players, but you still love the look of Zeri, don’t worry, we’ve got everything you need to know about champion Zeri in this article, ranging from her abilities, to her backstory, and even some of her best lore facts too.
Zeri’s abilities in League of Legends
Passive: Living Battery

Zeri naturally generates charges, with 1 for every 40 units she moves, and 10 for every time she casts her Q, Burst Fire. This can go up to 100 stacks and her basics attack will consume some of the charge and deal bonus damage.
This allows Zeri to zap the enemy target which applies spell effects, such as Zerylda’s Grudge, Hextech Dragon Soul and even Corrupting Potion.
When Zeri is at full charge, her next auto attack is empowered and deals up to 200 magic damage, as well as scaling with 110% of her AP, and 1%-15% of the targets maximum HP.
If she is not at 100 stacks, she deals up to 25 magic damage, scaling with 3% of her AP, but her auto attacks also execute targets below 60-150 HP, based on Zeri’s level.
Each attack not at full charge consumes 10 stacks.
Q: Burst Fire

Now this is the main reason that a lot of players are scared to pick up Zeri, but relax, she isn’t that scary. Zeri presses Q and fires a quick burst of 7 bullets in the target direction, which all deal AD damage when they land.
This deals up to 23 plus 120% of her AD at max rank, and Burst Fire is treated as a basic attack.
This means that the rounds can critically strike, and it also applies on hit affects.
To reduce the cooldown of Burst Fire, you need to stack attack speed, as this also reduces the cast time of it too. Zeri can only reduce this down to 1.5 attacks per second.
Anything in excess of this means that 70% of Zeri’s additional attack speed is converted into bonus attack damage.
W: Ultrashock Laser

Zeri fires an electric laser in whatever direction she chooses, dealing physical damage to the first enemy it comes in contact with, as well as slowing them for 2 seconds. This deals up to 180 AD, as well as 130% of Zeri’s AD, and 25% of her AP.
If you hit a piece of Summoner’s Rift terrain, natural or champion-generated, it becomes a much larger laser on the other side, which reveals the area for 1.75 seconds, but also critically strikes and explodes a lot faster.
E: Spark Surge

Zeri’s movement ability is her E, which allows her to dash in whatever direction she wants to, which also allows her to dash over terrain too, if she casts it within 50 units of some terrain. This gives her vision of the surrounding terrain, but also reveals herself to anything that could reveal her.
After her dash ends, Zeri gains Lightning Rounds for 5 seconds, which empowers her Q, Burst Fire, which deals bonus magic damage to the first enemy it hits. This bonus damage is increased by Zeri’s ctrickal strike chance.
The best part about Lightning Rounds is that the Burst Fire bullets pierce the target and deal damage to any targets behind them, but this is at a lesser effect.
The current cooldown of Spark Surge is reduced by half a second every time Zeri hits a champion with her empowered basic attack from her passive, or her abilities. This is increased to 1.5s whenever she critically strikes with her Q or her W.
This is also an auto attack reset and Zeri can cast her ultimate, Lightning Crash whilst dashing.
R: Lightning Crash

Zeri explodes a huge AOE electrical field around her, dealing magic damage to targets, up to 375 at max rank, as well as 85% of her bonus AD and 110% of her AP.
If Zeri hits an enemy champion, she becomes overcharged for 5 seconds, which can be extended by hitting an enemy champion with any ability or empowered auto attack from her passive. This only goes back up to 5 seconds, so it cannot be stacked past that.
When Overcharged, Zeri gains 30% bonus attack speed and 10% bonus movement speed. Her Q is also empowered, as it as a 20% shorter cast time, and fires 3 rounds that are faster and chain to the nearest enemy to the target, think of Statikk Shiv.
This can hit up to 4 targets beyond the first, and it deals 25% AD physical Damage, but it has critical strike limitations of arounds 25% of the bonus damage.
Zeri will generate even more stacks called Hypercharged for 1.5 seconds every time she hits an enemy champion, but generates three stacks instead of one when she critically strikes an enemy champion.
The duration is refreshed every time she gains a new stack, and for every stack, Zeri gains 0.5% bonus movement speed.
