The Stalker is one of the creepiest enemies in Animal Hospital Roblox. Instead of chasing or attacking players directly, it lurks around hallway corners and punishes anyone who looks at it.

What is the Stalker in Animal Hospital?

The Stalker is a rare enemy that randomly appears around corners, seemingly stalking players as they move through the hospital. Unlike many other anomalies, it doesn't attack or chase you. Instead, if you look directly at it, the Stalker instantly retreats behind the wall and disappears while reducing your Sanity by 10 points.

Before appearing, the room it's hiding near often gives away its location with flickering lights and a unique sound effect, giving observant players a chance to avoid triggering it.

How to avoid the Stalker

There isn't currently a weapon, item, or ability that directly counters the Stalker. Instead, avoiding it comes down to awareness and careful movement.

Follow these tips:

1. Listen for flickering lights and unusual sounds.
2. Turn corners slowly instead of sprinting.
3. Keep your camera pointed slightly downward when rounding corners.
4. If you spot the Stalker, don't continue looking where it disappeared—it will already be gone.
5. Watch for its legs around corners before exposing your entire view.

What happens if you look at the Stalker?

Looking directly at the Stalker causes it to immediately hide behind the nearest corner before disappearing completely.

The player who triggered it will:

• Lose 10 Sanity
• Hear the accompanying sound effect
• See the nearby lights flicker before it vanishes

Once it disappears, looking back at the same corner won't reveal it again.

Can you kill the Stalker?

No. There is currently no known way to eliminate or counter the Stalker. The safest strategy is simply to avoid looking directly at it.
