Real Betis entered the VALORANT world with the signing of Team 28 back in October 2020. Since then, the team has done a few changes to their roster, with the latest being the exclusion of David "ZeFRy" Gutiérrez Saiz, which left a vacant spot for Sammy "iDEX" Van de Weghe to come and fill in.

The organization has announced iDex as their fifth VALORANT player to round out the team. He is a former Counter-Strike: Global Offensive professional player, who managed to get 3rd in the LouvardGame 2.1. Since his transition into VALORANT, he has represented several teams. He managed to win the Desafío Legión, in addition to a 2nd place finish in the Epulze Valorant Prodigies. Add on top of that getting 3rd-4th in all of the Rise of Titans, the GLX EU Battle #8, the Valorant Master Series Cup #1, and the Shooting Stars. The Belgian brings his Cypher and Killjoy expertise to the Cream Real Betis team, and his 192 average ACS and 133.6 ADR will definitely be a threat to the opposition.

The finalized Cream Real Betis VALORANT roster includes:

Spain Jose Antonio “BromaS” Ramos Spain Mario “PoPiFresH” González Spain Carles “XeoN” Garcia Spain Luis “VARES” Olivares Belgium Sammy "iDex" Van de Weghe
