Adam "ec1s" Eccles has announced that he is officially a free agent as his time with Velocity Gaming has come to an end. The experienced player is now looking for offers from all regions. He also added that he is confident in in-game leading (IGL) playing Controller and Initiator agents.

ec1s officially open to new opportunities

ec1s’ career started back in the first quarter of 2020, and he has been competing professionally since then. He started things slow, but at the beginning of his career, he rose to the top in a couple of months and joined Team Liquid after proving his worth. He competed against some of the best teams in Europe during VCT 2021 - Europe Stage 1 Challengers 1 and then left TL to join Ninjas in Pyjamas and, shortly after that, signed a short contract with 100 Thieves. ec1s didn’t have too much impact on either of the teams, and he changed his destination to HEET to compete at VRL 2022 Northern Europe: Polaris Stage 2. ec1s' last competed under the Velocity Gaming roof at VALORANT Challengers 2023: South Asia Split 1 and Split 2, but Velocity failed to get past the group stage.

ec1s is currently sitting at a 1.09 rating and 1.09 K/D. The British player also holds a 200.8 ACS and 129.8 ADR. In the past three months, his go-to agent was Breach, with six picks. He picked KAY/O and Fade three times while picking Sova and Skye two times. He spent his time at Velocity Gaming playing Initiators.

The British player also has experience playing in different parts of the world. He started his career in Europe but then moved to North America for a short amount of time, and his last stop was Asia. ec1s stated that he is once again open to offers from multiple regions, so there is a strong chance that we can see him play in a different region than EMEA.
