After many disappointing results from Fnatic over the past few months, they have decided to make some roster changes. Just last week, they benched both Muhammad "Moe" Hariff & Kostas "tsack" Theodoropoulos. After a week of being a 3-man roster, the organization have added Martin "MAGNUM" Penkov and Nikita "Derke" Sirmitev to round out their roster heading into the next open qualifiers.

As for Derke, it appears Fnatic will finally deploy the Jett agent into their competitive strategy. Across 79 total maps played with his former teams, the Jett was played on 48 of them with an ACS of 287. Fnatic Head Coach Jacob “mini” Harris said Derke’s ability to Jett OP will “add an extra dimension to the team”.

Going in a different route, Magnum has primarily played either Sova or Cypher across his Valorant career so far as he has amassed an ACS of 254 across almost 1700 rounds.

Despite signing the stellar SUMN FC roster over 2 months ago, things did not pan out as Fnatic had wanted so changes were necessary to see if this roster can provide better results. In the end, Fnatic hope they can qualify for Iceland during Masters 2 and these moves could be just the kick they need.

Fnatic's VALORANT roster now stands as:

Croatia (Hrvatska) Domagoj "Doma" Fancev United Kingdom James "Mistic" Orfila Czech Republic Martin "MAGNUM" Penkov Finland Nikita "Derke" Sirmitev

United Kingdom Jacob "mini" Harris (Coach)
