Noah "jcStani" Smith has left Immortals and will be testing free agency, he announced on his Twitter.

jcStani has been a rock for Immortals ever since joining back in May of 2020. Originally working as the team’s IGL and sentinel, he switched to a controller role later that year, and would stick with that all the way up until VCT Stage 2, where he began playing duelist. Immortals found consistent results and success, with multiple top 3 finishes in the Ignition Series, qualification for First Strike, and looking like one of NA’s best teams in VCT Stage 1 before being upset in the first day of Masters, and jcStani was there for it all.

In his twitlonger, jcStani revealed that his contract ended on May 2nd and that he was in discussions to re-sign, but he wanted to head into the open market, saying “Contracts in esports are long; not many pros get this opportunity on their own terms.”

    jcStani’s departure leaves Immortals as:

Mongolia Amgalan “genghsta” Nemekhbayar United States Andrew “ShoT UP” Orlowski Canada Rhett “Kehmicals” Lynch United States Daniel “Rossy” Abedrabbo

United States Michael “Packing10” Szklanny (Head coach) Australia Jordan “Gunba” Graham (Coach)
