KitKat becomes official partner of VCT EMEA

VCT EMEA has a new partner heading into the new year. KitKat is stepping into the VALORANT scene and will be leveling up the in-game breaks with fun content between rounds and clutch moments. With their "Have a Break" philosophy, KitKat focuses on the mental well-being of players while keeping the crowd entertained. VCT EMEA now has four partners for 2026: Red Bull, INZONE, Mastercard and KitKat.

Major Partner in Esports

KitKat has a long history in the esports scene across various games. Their most prominent sponsorship has been with League of Legends, where they've been a major partner for the League of Legends European Championship for many years. Now, they're making their debut in the VALORANT scene, aiming for a similar role.

Mental Health Philosophy

In 2024, KitKat also partnered with the Esports World Cup to promote their "Have a Break" philosophy. This approach emphasizes the importance of taking breaks and prioritizing mental well-being, especially in the high-stress world of competitive gaming. Now, KitKat is bringing that same mindset to VALORANT, leading the charge on in-game breaks.

Bringing the Energy

During match breaks, such as halftime, technical pauses, and tactical timeouts, KitKat will provide content to keep viewers energized throughout the action. They’re also enhancing the Stage 2 Finals in Spain with thunder sticks, fan signs, and a variety of on-site activities for the fans to enjoy.

The Three Current Partners

VCT EMEA has three long-standing partners: Sony’s gaming gear brand INZONE, Mastercard, and Red Bull. INZONE is the Main Partner and Official Gaming Display Partner for VCT EMEA, while Red Bull is the Official Energy Drink of the league. Red Bull has been with VCT EMEA since its debut season in 2021, making it the longest-standing partner of the league. Mastercard started their partnership with Riot Games through LOL, and in 2023 they also became a main VALORANT sponsor.
