Oxygen Esports have acquired the ex-Flickbaiters lineup to form their new North American academy roster.

Despite having their headquarters in the United States, Oxygen Esports have been competing with an all-Turkish roster in the European VCT circuit. They haven’t appeared in the qualifiers of VCT 2022 - EMEA - Stage 1 - Challengers - Main Event as it turns out that Oxygen have diverted their attention to the North American scene. Besides, they have already released their Europe-based main roster.

The ex-Flickbaiters roster lastly appeared in NSG 2022 Winter Championship - Online Open 15, losing to Built By Gamers Academy in the Grand Finals. However, their performances during Knights Arena VALORAMPAGE - Main Event deserved praise. The squad managed to reach the finals of qualifiers to have their names on the main event.

The new Oxygen Esports Academy lineup includes great talent but it is necessary to open parenthesis for Yassine "Reduxx" Aboulalazm as he holds a 1.25 rating and 1.28 K/D for the past three months.

The Oxygen Esports Academy roster that will compete in the upcoming tournaments is:

United States Yassine "Reduxx" Aboulalazm United States Leandro "Virtyy" Moreno United States Jimmy "nurfed" McFadden United States Rustun "Rustun" Lusk United States Andrew "Verno" Maust United States Alan "wrap" Shen
