According to multiple sources, BIG is close to finalizing their roster with Niels "luckeRRR" Jasiek and Alessio "musashi" Xhaferi. They will replace Fatih "gob b" Dayik and Kasper "Kaspe" Timonen.

VCT 2022 - EMEA - Stage 1 - Challengers - Main Event for BIG was a very difficult split. They were drawn to Group A, where there were also M3 Champions, FunPlus Phoenix, Natus Vincere, Team Liquid and OG LDN Utd. Unfortunately the German team lost all their matches and took the last place in the league table. As a result, they had to defend against relegation from the league in the VCT 2022 - EMEA Promotion Tournament.

There they lost one match against FOKUS but managed to beat Anonymo Esports and Surreal Esports to secure a spot on VCT 2022 - EMEA - Stage 2 - Challengers - Main Event. Right after the end of this tournament BIG decided to rebuild their roster. Fatih "gob b" Dayik and Kasper "Kaspe" Timonen will be parting ways with the team. The future of the legendary Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player is so far unknown, while Kaspe will most likely join another team from the regional league.

These replacements are expected to be Alliance player, Niels "luckeRRR" Jasiek, who was moved to the bench along with the entire team on April 19. The other new signing will be Alessio "musashi" Xhaferi, who recently played for Rebels Gaming. Both players have had individually successful last split, and their joining BIG could be a great benefit to both parties. VCT Stage 2: EMEA Challengers starts on May 13, so we can expect to see BIG debut their new lineup that weekend.

    So now BIG should be:

Germany Ceyhun "AslaN" Aslan Germany Nico "Obnoks" Garczarczyk Czech Republic Karel "Twisten" Ašenbrener Germany Niels "luckeRRR" Jasiek Germany Alessio "musashi" Xhaferi

Finland Jiri "KUNDIKUNDI" Honkala (Head coach)
