Split and Pearl come back to the VALORANT map pool in Act 6
VALORANT players are already starting to look ahead to Act 6’s new map rotation in the midst of VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Valorant Champions. Currently, VALORANT has 12 standard maps that all go through rotation for maintenance and upkeep. Seven of the 12 maps are featured in the competitive map rotation, while the remaining five look forward to other Acts to be rotated back into competitive. Throughout VALORANT Champions Paris, teams have been competing on a map pool that consists of Haven, Bind, Sunset, Abyss, Corrode, Lotus, and Ascent.
However, as VALORANT Act 5 comes to its conclusion, players will have an opportunity to try out a new rotation of maps.
Here is what you need to know about the VALORANT Act 6 map pool.
What is the VALORANT Act 6 map pool?
VALORANT Act 6 will follow a similar format to Act 5, featuring seven competitive maps throughout the VCT offseason.
Here are all seven maps featured in Act 6 of the 2025 VALORANT season:
- Haven
- Bind
- Sunset
- Abyss
- Corrode
- Pearl
- Split
What maps are out?
Lotus and Ascent are out of the VALORANT competitive map pool while Pearl and Split will be making their return in Act 6.
The last time Split and Pearl appeared in the competitive map pool was in Act 3 of the 2025 season, marking the end of a short two-act hiatus from competitive VALORANT.
The new competitive map rotation will begin on October 14, 2025, with the act taking place all throughout the VCT offseason.
Before that, though, VALORANT fans interested in watching the highest level of competition should be sure to tune into VALORANT Champions Paris. There, 16 of the world's best VALORANT teams are competing to become the next World Champions.
VALORANT Champions Paris will run from September 12, 2025 to October 5, 2025, with one team emerging as the champion.
