Paper Rex secure their ticket to Masters London after thriller against T1

The last Pacific team heading to VALORANT Champions Tour 2026 - Masters London 2026 from VCT Pacific is Paper Rex. In a close series against T1 filled with comebacks and clutches, PRX managed to secure the final ticket through the lower bracket, earning their place in the lower final. That means the three teams representing the Pacific region at Masters London will be FULL SENSE, Global Esports, and Paper Rex. It’s also the first time ever that a Korean team will miss out on the international stage.

Two giants in the lower bracket

Fans were ready for a showdown as two of the strongest teams in the region met in the lower bracket, fighting for the final chance to qualify for Masters London.

The series started on Split, picked by PRX. T1 controlled the first half, making PRX look shaky on their own map. But through aggressive picks and clean individual plays, PRX turned things around and closed out the map 13-9.

Next was T1’s map pick, Ascent. Once again, T1 came out stronger in the first half and built an early advantage. With well-coordinated executes and solid mid-rounding in the second half, they maintained control and kept PRX from mounting a comeback, taking Ascent 13-10.

The battle for a spot at London came down to Breeze. Both teams had experience on the map, but T1 came in with the better win rate. However, unlike the previous maps, it was PRX that came out swinging, storming to a dominant 9-3 half. T1 fought back hard, with Yu "BuZz" Byung-chul delivering several huge rounds, and nearly completed the comeback. In the end, though, PRX held firm and closed out the map 13-8.
