Team Vitality are building their roster before the VCT 2023 EMEA League “soft” roster lock and the French organization has announced their head coach for the upcoming season. Salah "salah" Barakat has been assigned as the coach of the team, who has recently parted ways with OG LDN Utd.

Team Vitality had a very successful run before getting their application to partnership accepted by Riot Games. As the organization is based in France, they have competed in the VRL France Revolution tournament. The first stage wasn’t optimal for them with 7 wins and 7 losses, missing the playoffs but VRL 2022 France: Revolution Stage 2 was full of success. They won the tournament and competed against the other VRL winners. Vitality reached the VRL 2022: Finals Grand Final but got reverse swept by FUT Esports. Tanizhq was the head coach for them but the organization decided not to continue with him.

Salah worked for multiple teams, starting with Bonk in July 2020. Apart from the qualifiers, he got his first VCT main event experience under the Fire Flux Esports root, in Turkey. He worked with Tundra Esports and then turned his attention to the North American scene and joined Akrew as their new head coach. Lastly, Salah coached OG LDN Utd during their EMEA LCQ run in which OGLU finished fourth and failed to qualify for the VALORANT Champions.

Team Vitality’s current roster includes two players and an analyst and the rest are inactive. With the latest addition, Vitality’s roster is:

Lithuania Jokūbas "ceNder" Labutis Finland Santeri "BONECOLD" Sassi

United Kingdom Salah "salah" Barakat (Head Coach) United Kingdom Harry "Gorilla" Mepham (Analyst)
