EA FC missing content: How to recover players, packs, and rewards
Missing players, packs, or rewards? The right fix for EA FC missing content depends on what disappeared. Confirm your EA Account, restart FC, and check the relevant menus before reporting a missing player, pack, reward, or purchase.
Licensing restrictions and roster changes can leave players out of Ultimate Team. For example, Mauro Icardi is currently a free agent and has no FC 27 Ultimate Team card, although EA has not confirmed whether his club status explains the omission. Recovery tools cannot add him to your club when there is no card to recover.

You can also use EA’s Missing Content Tool to check eligibility for replacement content or a Draft Token after a disconnection. Quick Sold players use a separate recovery tool.
Here is everything you need to know about EA FC missing content.
EA FC missing content fixes at a glance
EA lists different support windows for items, rewards, and purchased Points; the seven-day Quick Sell limit is a recovery deadline.
Check your account and server status first
- Restart FC and your console or PC.
- Confirm your EA Account. Check Account Information in your EA Account settings, particularly if you use several accounts.
- Check EA’s server status and EA SPORTS FC Direct Communication for known issues.

For purchased or promotional content, confirm the offer’s delivery date and claim requirements. An item scheduled for a later release is not overdue.
How to use EA’s Missing Content Tool
EA’s Missing Content Tool checks whether you qualify for a grant or replacement for missing in-game content, Points, or a Draft Token lost following a FUT Draft disconnection.

Open it using the EA Account linked to your affected FC club and follow the prompts for the available game and issue. If your game or issue is not listed, use EA Help’s contact options.
The eligibility check determines whether a replacement is available.
How to find missing players and packs
For a missing player, manager, consumable, or stadium item:
- Search your Club.
- Check the Store for unclaimed items.
- Check Transfer Targets, Won Items, and Expired Items for Transfer Market purchases.
Find unopened packs under Ultimate Team Store, then My Packs.
EA says a player stuck after a Transfer Market purchase should be corrected within 72 hours. Check Transfer Targets again afterward.
Players submitted to a Squad Building Challenge (SBC) are permanently removed in exchange for rewards. EA cannot reverse an SBC submission.
How to recover a Quick Sold player
You have seven days after the Quick Sell to recover an eligible Player Item:
- Sign into the EA SPORTS FC Web App or Companion App.
- Open Club, then Quick Sell Recovery.
- Use the calendar to select the Quick Sell date.
- Select the player and choose Recover.
- Find the recovered player under Unassigned Items and assign it to your club.

Your balance must cover the Coins received from the original Quick Sell; those Coins are deducted during recovery.
The limit is five recoveries per 31-day period. Unused recoveries do not carry over, and EA cannot add recoveries or reset the timer.
Quick Sell Recovery supports only the current FC release and excludes loan players and non-player items.
How to find missing EA FC rewards
Restart the relevant mode and allow up to 24 hours for delivery. Check whether you already claimed or used the reward, then review its conditions:
- Clubs: League and Clubs Playoffs rewards come through your favourite club.
- Gallery objectives: Progress made before an objective activates does not count retroactively.
- The Grounds Season Pass: Its rewards require PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, or Nintendo Switch 2 to use.
For Twitch Drops, claim the Drop in Twitch’s inventory, then redeem the associated reward in FC’s Objectives before the objective ends.
How to fix missing FC Points
Check the transaction history on the platform where you bought the Points. Confirm the payment completed, restart FC, and check your balance.

If delivery issues are reported, check again once they are resolved. If the Points remain missing after 24 hours, prepare your receipt, platform, purchase time, and missing amount for support.
FC 27 Ultimate and Ultimate Plus Edition Points arrive in monthly drops. Check the instalment schedule before reporting the remaining allowance as missing.
Missing FC Points on PlayStation
EA directs PlayStation players to PlayStation Support. Use the purchasing account and try restoring licences.
For disc copies, check that the game’s licensed country or region matches your account for compatible PlayStation Store content.
What if your whole club disappeared?
Confirm you opened the correct FC game and signed into your usual account. If you also see unexpected account changes, follow EA’s hacked-account recovery steps: secure your EA, email, and console accounts, enable two-factor authentication, and contact EA.
EA cannot restore a deliberately deleted Ultimate Team.
How to report EA FC missing content
If the tool and relevant checks do not resolve the issue, open EA Help, select your FC game, and choose the matching missing-content topic.
Have these details ready:
- EA Account email and platform account ID.
- FC game, platform, and affected mode.
- Missing item or FC Points amount.
- Date, time, and time zone.
- Proof of purchase for paid content.
- Screenshots showing the issue.

Follow the applicable 24-hour or 72-hour support guidance. For Quick Sold players, use Quick Sell Recovery before its deadline; EA Advisors cannot manually restore them.
