**EDIT: On the same day, a few hours before vakk, a former Turkish CS:GO player, Muhammed “mini” Salman, achieved the Radiat rank as well. **

With the release of ranked only a few days ago, players are beginning to make a name for themselves as they grind for the #1 rank in the world. T1 player Victor “Food” Wong was the first player in North America to achieve Radiant just after 17 hours since the launch of the competitive mode. Now a player by the name of Vakaris “vakk” Bebravicius has done their best to make their name known as they have become the first European player to achieve the rank of Radiant!

Bebravicius is a former PUBG pro, playing for teams like Stellar and eSuba in 2019. He recently made the switch to VALORANT like many others, seeing it as an opportunity to prove himself as a top level player. He has recently teamed up with a full Lithuanian team known as Team nolpenki. The team is managed by another former PUBG competitive player Laurynas "Nbs" Kisielius, who played for Ninjas in Pyjamas.

With vakk on their team, nolpenki is sure to make waves in the community. We are likely to see them in more tournaments as the competitive scene develops, recently competing in the Wave Esports Invitational. More tournaments mean we will also see more of vakk. More vakk, means more explosive plays, which is a win for everyone involved except for his opponents. How close are you to making the rank of Radiant?
