One of UK’s longest-running gaming events, Insomnia Gaming Festival, is hosting a brand new and upgraded VALORANT tournament featuring a £10,000 prize pool.

The i-Series, a local LAN event where gamers could gather and play as a community, served as the inspiration for the 1999-founded Insomnia Gaming Festival. The longest-running video gaming festival in the UK as it attracts up to 100,000 visitors annually. It is now a 2,800+ seater, 4-day celebration, and expo - running non-stop for 24 hours a day.

Insomnia - #70 - Online Qualifier will take place in February with the top-two teams advancing directly to the competition's knock stage. Those successful teams will get three complimentary twin hotel rooms for the duration of i70, five free BYOC seats in the hall, five free PC rentals, and a weekend pass for a coach or manager. However, teams that wish to participate in the Insomnia - #70 qualifier need to bring or rent their own PCs and peripherals. Players must be ready for the challenge on Friday 7 in April at 11 am.
