Sentinels have announced the arrival of the former CS:GO player, Michael "shroud" Grzesiek. He will be a part of the Sentinels roster in the upcoming NA LCQ event.

Sentinels look far away from their previous performances. The North American esports organization used to dominate the scene not only in NA but also on the international level. Sentinels had won the VCT 2021 - Stage 2 - Masters Reykjavík trophy but since then, they have failed to keep up their performance. They lost all their games during the VCT 2022 - North America - Stage 2 - Main Event Group Stage and failed to make it to the playoffs stage. However, their run will continue in the Last Chance Qualifier event.

Shroud used to be one of the most popular Counter Strike: Global Offensive players back in the day. He was an iconic member of the Cloud9 team but then decided to retire and pursue his streaming career. He even added more popularity to his name and became one of the biggest streamers. As he returns to the competitive scene under the Sentinels jersey, Shroud will compete with the team during the NA LCQ to keep their VCT Champions hopes alive.

With Shroud joining the organization, Sentinels’ roster for VCT 2022 - North America Last Chance Qualifier is:

United States Shahzeb "ShahZaM" Khan United States Hunter "SicK" Mims United States Michael "dapr" Gulino United States Eric "Kanpeki" Xu Canada Tyson "TenZ" Ngo Canada Michael "shroud" Grzesiek

United States Kevin "Kez" Jeon (Manager) United States Shane "Rawkus" Flaherty (Coach)
