Leviatán officially announce VCT 2026 lineup led by Brazilian firepower
Leviatán has officially announced their VCT 2026 lineup as the organization opts for a team centered around young Brazilian talent.
After losing Brazilian superstar Erick "aspas" Santos to MIBR, Leviatán looked to build upon their successful VCT 2024 season. They retained the core of Corbin Daniel "C0M" Lee, Ian "tex" Botsch, and Francisco "kiNgg" Alberto Aravena, hoping the team could replicate their 3rd-place finish at VCT 2024 - Champions 2024. Unfortunately, the international stage eluded the organization during the VCT 2025 season.
The team missed out on the VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Americas Stage 1 playoffs, leaving them in a challenging position to qualify for VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Valorant Champions. While they put on an impressive showing in VCT 2024 - Americas Stage 1, their 5th-6th place finish wasn’t enough, as their season came to an end.
Now, Leviatán has its sights set on making it back to the international stage with a team composed of young Brazilian firepower
Who is on the Leviatán VCT 2026 Lineup?
The new Leviatán lineup is comprised of former 2GAME Esports star Rodrigo "spikeziN" Lombardi, Leviatán Academy duo, Guilherme "blowz" Oliveira and Bruno "Neon" Rodríguez, and returning Leviatán players kingg and Eduardo "Sato" Sato, going into the VCT 2026 season.
SpikeziN is a young up-and-coming talent who helped 2GAME Esports qualify for the VCT 2025 season by winning VCT 2024 - Ascension: AMERICAS. However, he was unable to make his league debut until VCT Americas Stage 2, due to the league’s minimum age requirement of 18. Now, SpikeziN will be looking to make the most of his first full season in the VCT Americas league.
Meanwhile, blowz and neon were standout players on Leviatán Academy. Together, they competed in the VCL LAS, where they were dominant forces all throughout the 2025 season. The team achieved first place at both VCL 2025 - Latin America South: Stage 1 and VCL 2025 - LAS: Stage 2, with Leviatán Academy looking like one of the best tier two teams in all of VALORANT.
Unfortunately, they were unable to qualify for VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Ascension Americas due to the rules prohibiting VCT Academy teams from ascending. Regardless, their performances in tier two warranted a promotion to the main Leviatán team.
Who is coming back to Leviatán?
The final two roster spots on Leviatán are rounded out by returning Leviatán members sato and longtime IGL kingg. Sato joined Leviatán prior to the start of VCT Americas Stage 2, where he quickly became a standout player at the tier one level for his flashy duelist play. Meanwhile, kingg’s upcoming VCT 2026 season marks his fifth year with the organization, having joined Leviatán prior to the start of the VCT 2022 season
They will be joined by former Leviatán Academy coaching staff Rodrigo "Onur" Dalmagro and Cristian "Jhein" Camaño, who will follow neon and blowz to the main team.
It will be interesting to see how the new iteration of Leviatán performs in the VCT 2026 season as the new LATAM superteam aims to win the organization’s second domestic trophy.
