After letting cNed go today, Natus Vincere announced the missing part of the roster, which was already official on the Riot Games contract database. Ardis "ardiis" Svarenieks has made his return to EMEA and to his old teammates after spending a year at the Americas League.

At the beginning of last year, Natus Vincere signed the FPX roster, minus ardiis, and completed the lineup with the Turkish superstar cNed. However, things didn’t go as planned for the organization, and they looked far away compared to their 2022 performance. After an unsuccessful season, NAVI decided to make a roster change and brought back the old FPX roster.

Same team, different organization

ardiis used to play with four of the other NAVI players, but they competed under the FunPlus Phoenix roof. With FPX, this roster became one of the strongest VALORANT teams ever and won the EMEA challenge, as well as added an international trophy by taking down Paper Rex in five maps to lift the VCT 2022: Stage 2 Masters Copenhagen trophy. The Latvian player signed a contract with NRG Esports for the 2023 season and placed second in VCT 2023 Americas League. From now on, the old FPX bros are back, and they will try to conquer the region once again. This time, the competition looks tougher than before!

ardiis currently holds a 1.12 rating and a 1.15 K/D. In the past year, the LAtvian superstar held a 1.04 rating and played Jett 34 times.

Here is the current NAVI roster:

  • Ukraine Kirill "ANGE1" Karasiow
  • World Andrey "Shao" Kiprsky
  • World Dmitry "SUYGETSU" Ilyushin
  • Sweden Pontus "Zyppan" Eek
  • Lithuania Ardis "ardiis" Svarenieks
  • Sweden Erik "d00mbr0s" Sandgren (Head Coach)
  • Sweden Oliwer "LATEKS" Fahlander (Assistant Coach)
