Talon Esports add b0i to coaching staff

The VCT 2023 Pacific League representatives, Talon Esports, have announced the arrival of Aaron "b0i" Thao. The organization recently parted ways with In “Creative” Moo-keun and spent no time for filling the missing spot. Talon made a disappointing start to the league and now are looking to turn their fate with a change within the coaching staff.

Talon Esports’ 2023 season started pretty well, as they reached the semifinals of Group Alpha at VCT 2023 LOCK//IN. The Asian team took down mibr and Evil Geniuses before losing to DRX VS. They showed a promising performance and signaled to be one of the contenders for this year’s trophy. However, things did not go as planned, and Talon started their VCT 2023 Pacific League journey with a 2-1 loss over Team Secret. After the disappointing result, they parted ways with Creative. Today, Talon announced b0i will be the new coach of the roster, helping their head coach Yuttanagorn "Zeus" Kaewkongyai.

b0i to fill the missing Talon Esports coaching staff spot

b0i wore many different jerseys in his career, which began back in 2020. He never left NA and competed for the regional teams. He joined Andbox in late 2020 and played for the team during the VCT 2021 NA circuit. Andbox never achieved anything worthy, and their peak was reaching fourth place in VCT 2021 - Stage 2 - North America - Challengers 2. That year, b0i also played for 100 Thieves to help the team make their way out from the LCQs, which they failed. He played for a couple more teams and is ready to make a career shift to coaching.

Talon Esports have recruited him to help Zeus in the following weeks of VCT 2023 Pacific League. They will come up against T1 on April 2 and their roster is:
