THESPIKE.GG coverage of T1 x Nerd Street Gamers VALORANT Showdown

Lately, we at THESPIKE.GG have been very happy to share some partnerships. We have recently partnered with GLL and Immortals to provide media coverage for their tournaments, among others. Today, we are excited to share another announcement as we will be partnering with T1 and Nerd Street Gamers for their T1 x NSG VALORANT Showdown, sponsored by Samsung and part of Riot’s series of officially supported tournaments, the Ignition Series.

The event promises to be a great one, and one of the most important tournaments in VALORANT yet. As we covered yesterday, the tournament will feature 16 teams, 12 invited and 4 qualified, to battle it out for their share of the $50,000 USD prize pool, one of the largest the scene has seen so far. It will take place from June 26-28, 2020. T1’s own roster is already confirmed to be taking part, as well as the last T1 x NSG champion, Gen.G, and Sentinels, the home of former Overwatch League MVP sinatraa
