Roblox The Forge quests teach you how to play, unlock new areas, reward you with gold and experience, and give access to powerful tools. If you want to level fast, reach new zones, and get rare items, understanding how quests work is essential. This The Forge guide covers every quest, the best order to complete them, and strategies that help you progress efficiently.

    Roblox The Forge quests explained

Roblox The Forge quests are missions given by NPCs throughout the world. Some quests appear right when you start the game, and others unlock once you enter new zones in The Forge map.

The Forge quests fall into three categories:

    • Tutorial quests: Teach basic actions like mining, forging, and upgrading equipment.
    • Main progression quests: Unlock new regions, tools, and large sections of the map.
    • Side quests: Optional tasks that reward gold, XP, keys, and badges.

Most quests involve mining specific ores, forging weapons or armor, beating enemies, or finding hidden objects. Because these tasks often match what you already do in the game, quests give extra rewards for your normal gameplay.

    Tips

Main tutorial quests and mining-related tasks

    Sensei Moro

Beside the forging station at Stonewake’s Cross and the Forgotten Kingdom

    Portal Tool, XP, Cash

Complete all Sensei Moro quests first. These unlock the game’s core systems: forging, mining, rune usage, and gear upgrades. This questline also unlocks the Portal Tool, which is essential for accessing later areas.

Find Bard’s guitar inside a hidden cave near the cave entrance

    Bard

Beside the campfire at Stonewake’s Cross

Unknown Key, Guitar Finder Badge, XP, Cash

Start the quest before entering the cave; the guitar won't count otherwise. The cave entrance to the hidden room is easy to miss—look for breakable or soft ground near the left wall of the cave. This quest unlocks access to a pickaxe upgrade via the Unknown Key.

Kill 4 Zombies, Kill 5 Zombies, Kill 8 Zombies (recurring tasks)

    Umut the Brave

Inside the cave at Stonewake’s Cross

    XP, Cash

These quests are good for early XP. Stay in the main cave chamber where zombies respawn quickly. Avoid elite zombies early, as they take longer and don’t benefit the quest.

Find ores inside Stonewake’s Cross caves (recurring mining tasks)

    Nord

Inside the cave at Stonewake’s Cross

    XP

Mine the closest and most common ores to complete this quickly. Great for early-game XP without needing strong combat gear.

Find Tomo’s Cat inside the Goblin Cave

    Tomo the Explorist

Behind Greedy Cey NPC on the way to the Wizard hut

    CatLover Title, XP, Cash

Only available after unlocking the Goblin Cave via the Goblin King questline. Explore the cave thoroughly — the cat hides deep inside and can be overlooked.

    Bring 30 Bananite Ores

    Monke

On a small island behind the spawn point at the Forgotten Kingdom

    10,000 Cash, 5,000 XP

Bananite has a low drop rate, so collect it passively as you mine other rocks. A good early-to-mid-game quest for quick cash and XP.

Mine 150 Basalt Rocks, Mine 50 Basalt Cores (recurring tasks)

    Barakkulf

Beside Sensei Moro at the forging station in the Forgotten Kingdom

    Cash, XP

Basalt is easier with a stronger pickaxe. Combine this quest with mining routes so you progress it naturally. Reliable for consistent XP and gold farming.

    Defeating undead enemies

    Captain Rowan

Camp outside the Ruined Cave in the Forgotten Kingdom

    Cash, XP

Best attempted once you have solid armor and a forged weapon. The undead spawn regularly, making this good for steady combat XP.

Bring Isaac 1 Health Potion from Stonewake’s Cross

    Isaac

Sitting left of Captain Rowan beside Henry NPC

    Cash, XP

Craft or buy a Health Potion I before heading to Isaac to save time. Quick and easy XP and cash boost when entering the Ruined Cave region.

Kill 50 Skeleton Rogues, 30 Axe Skeletons, 15 Deathaxe Skeletons, 5 Bombers (recurring tasks)

    Masked Stranger

Near the Ruined Cave entrance at the Forgotten Kingdom

    Cash, XP

These enemies hit harder, so use enhanced gear. Combine this quest with others in the Ruined Cave to maximize XP and drops. Great for mid-game leveling.

Fetch Fireite by mining Volcanic Rocks

    Line

On the way to the Forgotten Kingdom Cave

    Cash, XP

Make sure your pickaxe can break volcanic rocks before accepting. Fireite is common once you reach the volcanic areas, making this quest efficient.

Kill elite enemies: Rogue Skeletons, Deathaxe Skeletons, Reapers, Blazing Slimes

    Amber

To the right, deep inside the Forgotten Kingdom Cave

    Cash, XP

Use upgraded armor and enhanced weapons; elite enemies deal heavy damage. Best farmed in a group or with good mobility. High XP reward makes it worth doing often.

Pay a total of $75,000 and rare ores

    Goblin King

Between the Enhancer and Fisher NPCs

    Unlocks the Goblin Cave

Save gold early by forging and selling weapons instead of selling raw ore. This quest is expensive and long, but unlocking Goblin Cave opens access to rare resources and Tomo’s Cat quest.

    Submit 3 Demonite

    Skal

    Near the Demonic Pickaxe room

    Demonite Key

Keep Demonite when mining deeper areas. The Demonite Key is important for late-game progression and unlocking stronger pickaxes.

Best order to complete The Forge quests

    • Finish all tutorial quests. This gives your starting tools, rune knowledge, and early XP.
    • Enter the Forgotten Kingdom using the Portal Tool. Here, quests become more valuable and resources increase.
    • Do the Lost Guitar Quest. The pickaxe upgrade from the locked gate helps you mine new ores faster.
    • Start the Goblin King Questline. This is long but required for the Goblin Cave.
    • Complete Tomo’s Lost Cat once inside the Goblin Cave. A simple extra XP boost.
    • Do Monkey Quest and Cure for Isaac whenever convenient. These are optional but rewarding.
    • Continuously enhance and forge gear. Many quests get easier when your tools and armor are upgraded.

Roblox The Forge quests are the fastest, most reliable way to progress through the game. They unlock new zones, give rare tools, provide large XP boosts, and guide you through every major mechanic. Whether you're just starting or pushing into late-game zones, completing The Forge quests in the right order makes the entire experience smoother and more rewarding. Mastering quests is the key to becoming a skilled forge-master in Roblox The Forge.
