After the news from South Korea, Brazil, Europe, Southeast Asia, and most recently, Oceania, regarding their First Strike championships, it’s time for Turkey to share more details about their regional competition.

The Turkish road to First Strike will feature four open qualifiers, with the first one starting on October 22nd, 2020. The qualifiers will run over a few days, as all of them will allow a maximum of 512 squads trying their best to advance to the next stage of the competition.

The qualifiers will occur from October 22nd till 28th, then from November 3rd to 8th, the third one from November 10th to 15th, and the last chance qualifier being hosted from November 17th to 22nd, 2020. All of the matches will be played in a best-of-1, double-elimination format. The top 16 teams from each qualifier will face each other in best-of-3 matches.

The best two teams from each qualifier will advance to the First Strike Regional Finals, which will be held on December 3rd-6th, 2020, and feature eight squads battling for the championship title.

All players above the age of 16, who’s rank is at least Immortal 1, who are part of a team with at least three residents of Turkey, will be eligible to participate in the event.

The organizer hasn’t provided information regarding the prize pool and registration just yet, but will share more details on this topic through their social media channels.
