New VALORANT v10.06 patch notes are also here
Patch v10.06 is now live in VALORANT. This update changes how some agents play in ranked and pro matches. Riot made KAY/O stronger and reduced the power of Yoru and Vyse. These updates aim to bring more balance to matches and offer more choices for team setups.
Key changes include:
- KAY/O Buffs – His flash pops faster, and the underhand flash lasts longer. The revive time in his ultimate dropped from 3 seconds to 1.5 seconds.
- Yoru Nerf – His Fakeout ability now costs 200 credits instead of 100.
- Vyse Nerfs – The duration of Razorvine and Shear was reduced.
These changes may push teams to try new strategies as KAY/O might appear more often in team comps. Players may also change how they use Vyse and Yoru.
