Whether you're a returning player or brand new to the game, Expeditions offers a fun way to team up, fight enemies, and level up your hero.

What is LEGO Fortnite Expeditions?

LEGO Fortnite Expeditions is a co-op PvE (Player vs Environment) mode for up to four players. In this Fortnite island, you and your squad go on missions to fight enemies, complete tasks, and unlock upgrades.

When you start, you’ll arrive at the Supernova Academy, the main hub for Expeditions. Here, you can:

• Explore the academy campus
• Talk to characters
• Pick up quests called Academy Assignments

Before heading into battle, players must choose a Hero Class. You can do this at the Hero Class Terminal inside the Academy. There are three Hero Classes to choose from:

1. Shadow Caller: Stealthy and mysterious
2. The Hunter: Fast and skilled with weapons
3. Rift Ripper: Uses wild powers to control the battlefield

Each class has special abilities to help you during missions. Once your squad is ready, go to the Mission Terminal to start a mission or use quickplay to join one fast.

How missions work in LEGO Fortnite Expeditions

Missions in LEGO Fortnite Expeditions send you into different areas full of enemies and challenges. Your goal is to:

• Fight waves of enemies
• Complete objectives
• Earn rewards like Hero XP, Skill Points, and Essence

What you can earn:

• Hero XP helps your Hero Class level up
• Skill Points let you upgrade your powers
• Essence is a special currency used at the Academy to buy or upgrade weapons like:
  • Dual Daggers
  • War Hammers
  • Plasma Pistols

How to play LEGO Fortnite Expeditions

You can play LEGO Fortnite Expeditions in a few different ways:

• Search for it in the Discover Tab inside Fortnite

• Hop on the Battle Bus from within LEGO Fortnite Odyssey or Brick Life

The community will unlock these new missions through Community Projects, special global goals that everyone can help complete. These projects can also give buffs that help all players in the game.
