    Gubby is one of the most popular characters on Roblox right now. He started as a fan-made design, but now he appears in memes, videos, and games across the platform. Players enjoy his strange, chunky look and simple animations, but where did the Gubby Roblox meme originate from, and who started it? Here are all of the details you need to know about it!

    Who is Gubby in Roblox?

    Gubby is a fan-made character. He is a short, fat white bunny with long legs, a small tail, and a round face. His design comes from a bunny in another Roblox game called Dream Game. Two users, @Amonimyeahyeah and @milenaxxy, made Gubby. Later, one of them shared his 3D model for free, so anyone could use it in Roblox Studio.

    A developer from Forsaken saw Gubby and added him to the game. Gubby became one of the few dev-only killers. This means only developers can use him. He was coded by a scripter named Aaron and animated by AxolotlGTR. The process only took 90 minutes, but fans quickly noticed and shared the news.

    Gubby has his own music in the game. The theme uses sounds from the cartoon SpongeBob SquarePants. Gubby also has a special skin for another character called Elliot. The game’s moderator even plans to release more skins based on Gubby in the future.

    Outside of Forsaken, players can also visit Gubby World on Roblox. This game has no clear goals. You walk around, meet other players, and look at different versions of Gubby. Some are red, some are invisible, and some are giant. The game has over a million visits, which shows how many people enjoy this strange character.

    What does the Gubby Roblox meme mean?

    The Gubby meme started with a Twitter post. A user named @transgbunny shared a funny picture of Gubby holding a shotgun, which you can see below. They wrote that he should be added as a dev killer in Forsaken. The post got a lot of likes and shares. Fans loved the idea of Gubby becoming a real killer in the game.

    After that, Gubby memes appeared everywhere. People made animations, fan art, and joke edits. Some replaced real rabbits in old memes with Gubby. Others added him to funny videos or used him in TikTok clips. One video showed him trying to grab a grape. Another showed him with a pancake on his head.

    What is Forsaken in Roblox?

    Forsaken is a survival horror game on Roblox. In each round, some players become survivors and one becomes the killer. The survivors must stay alive until the timer runs out. They can make the timer go faster by fixing generators. The killer tries to stop them and take them out before the time ends.

    Survivors can work together, use items like medkits, and share tools with teammates. They also have special powers. For example, one has a “007 clone” ability. Players have stamina, so they must run and rest wisely. The killer has a different goal. They must find and eliminate every survivor.

    Fixing a generator in Forsaken is not simple. You must solve a small puzzle where you match colored dots. If the killer hits you, the puzzle stops and you must try again later. Every time you complete part of the puzzle, the round timer goes down.

    The game also includes jokes in the system. If you try to fix a generator while you’re dead, the game will say, “Try not to die next time.” These small touches add humor to a dark game.

    The game also used to have pumpkin-hunting tasks in some maps. Now, those only appear in the Haunted Mansion map.

    Forsaken has different killers, each with a special play style. Gubby is one of them, but he is only available to developers. Survivors must learn to escape from these killers and complete their tasks without being caught.
