JUNKO is a new title that many people want to obtain in Rocket League. Only a few content creators got their hands on this title yet, as it is an exclusive title tied to Jynxzi and event-linked accounts. The title that most players can earn is BALRIGHT. In this guide, we go over both and explain how to get them!

What is the JUNKO title in Rocket League?

JUNKO is a special player title connected to the Jynxzi event in Rocket League Season 23. It appears below the player’s display name on the scoreboard and during goal replays, just like other Rocket League player titles.

Rocket League lists JUNKO as an exclusive title rather than a normal event reward. It is one of the starting titles for the event’s player-to-player reward system. When an event-linked player enters a match with JUNKO equipped, other players can complete the BALRIGHT challenge.

You cannot get JUNKO from the Rocket Pass, Item Shop, Twitch Drops, tournament wins, or normal account levels. Rocket League has not published a public challenge that gives JUNKO to regular players.

How to get the JUNKO title

There is no standard way to get the JUNKO title on a regular Rocket League account at the moment. The Jynxzi LTE challenge mentions JUNKO because playing with or against a JUNKO holder can satisfy the requirement for BALRIGHT. The challenge does not give you JUNKO.

The wording can make it look like both titles spread between players. In practice, JUNKO is the exclusive source title, while BALRIGHT is the public reward that moves through the community.

Winning against a JUNKO holder will not place JUNKO in your inventory. It will complete the BALRIGHT challenge as long as the title holder keeps JUNKO equipped and your side wins the online match.

How to get the BALRIGHT title in Rocket League

You can get BALRIGHT through the Jynxzi LTE event challenge. The easiest method is to party with someone who already owns the title and ask them to equip it before you queue.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Open Rocket League and go to the Challenges menu.
    2. Select the Jynxzi LTE event page.
    3. Join an online match with a player who has BALRIGHT or JUNKO equipped.
    4. Win the match with that player on either team.
    5. Return to the event page and claim the BALRIGHT title.

Use a normal Casual or Competitive playlist. The challenge asks for an online match, so a private match may not count. You also need to finish the match and reach the result screen.

What to do if BALRIGHT does not appear after a win

First, return to the Jynxzi LTE challenge page. Rocket League may mark the task as complete without adding the reward to your title list until you claim it.

If the challenge still shows no progress, check these points:

    • The BALRIGHT or JUNKO title was equipped during the match.
    • Your team won and reached the normal result screen.
    • You played in an online playlist while the event was active.
    • The title holder remained in the match until it ended.

Restart Rocket League if the challenge shows as claimed but BALRIGHT does not appear. Make sure you also check the account linked to your main Epic Games profile.

How to equip the BALRIGHT title

After you claim the reward, open the Profile menu and choose the banner customization option. Select Player Title, find BALRIGHT, and equip it.

The title will appear below your name during online matches. Keeping it equipped also lets other players complete the event challenge when they win with or against you. This is how BALRIGHT continues to spread across the player base.

When does the Jynxzi LTE end?

The Jynxzi LTE ends on August 10, 2026. Complete the match requirement and claim BALRIGHT before the event page closes. Rocket League has not confirmed another way to receive the title after the deadline.

JUNKO remains an exclusive event title, while BALRIGHT is the version regular players can earn through online matches.

Onur Demirkol here, content writer for THESPIKEGG. I have been around for a very long time now, you may have seen me in the comments.

I started writing here in 2021, but my first gig was back in 2018. That was when I realized people actually get paid to write about games. I’ve written thousands of articles for different media outlets, led teams, and conducted interviews with players.

When I’m not behind the keyboard, I’m watching Galatasaray, following the NBA, or pretending I’m still good at basketball. I also work full-time at AnyDesk, writing serious things in not-so-serious ways.
