This year’s highlights include Creepy Camps, Freaky Fields, and Pumpkin Pass, each offering a mix of eerie visuals, unique layouts, and Halloween-themed challenges. You’ll also find smaller updates like Viney Shafts and Gourdy Gate, keeping the entire island fresh for the event.

Creepy Camps

Creepy Camps is one of the newest Fortnitemares POIs, replacing the old Resistance Base. It’s set deep in the woods with cabins, campfires, and a misty lake — perfect for horror-themed action. 

• Location: Central-north area of the island.
• Theme: Haunted campsite inspired by classic horror movies.

This area is also known as the home of Jason Voorhees, one of the event’s featured bosses.

Expect ambushes between trees and cabins. The area has good loot but attracts many players early in the match.

Freaky Fields

Freaky Fields returns this year with a spooky redesign. The area is now a haunted farmland filled with pumpkins, scarecrows, and fog-covered crops.

• Location: Southeast section of the map.
• Theme: Open farmlands with eerie Halloween decorations.

Long sightlines make it ideal for snipers. Move quickly between cover to avoid being spotted.

Pumpkin Pass

Pumpkin Pass is a brand-new Fortnitemares POI built around glowing pumpkins and narrow farm paths. It’s one of the most visually striking areas of the event.

• Location: Western region of the map.
• Theme: Bright orange glow from carved pumpkins and spooky fog.

Tight terrain and winding paths create close-range fights. Watch for traps and hidden players among the pumpkins.

Other updated locations

Several other areas got Halloween makeovers for Fortnitemares 2025, including:

• Viney Shafts: A creepy cave system filled with cobwebs.
• Gourdy Gate: A festive, pumpkin-themed fortress perfect for mid-game loot.

The event runs from October 9 to November 1, 2025, giving players plenty of time to explore every Halloween-themed corner of the island.
