The Fortnite New Sanctuary Chaos Cubes challenge is one of the most interesting exploration-based quests in the current season. These cubes are not only important for leveling up quickly, but they also connect to Fortnite’s evolving storyline.

Before these were added, players had already collected 40 Chaos Cubes across the map. Now, 5 new cubes have been introduced in New Sanctuary (will be 70), expanding the challenge and giving players more XP opportunities.

However, many players struggle to find all of them—especially in New Sanctuary, where cubes are spread out and sometimes hidden. This guide explains all Fortnite New Sanctuary Chaos Cubes locations, how to collect them efficiently, and the best strategy to complete the challenge without wasting time.

    What are Fortnite Chaos Cubes?

The Fortnite Chaos Cubes are glowing orange collectibles, now placed around the New Sanctuary area. They are part of a seasonal questline and reward players with XP.

    • Each cube gives 4,000 XP
    • Completing the full set gives a bonus XP reward
    • They emit a sound cue when nearby
    • A visual indicator (exclamation mark) appears when you’re close
These features make them easier to find, but only if you know where to look.

All Fortnite New Sanctuary Chaos Cubes locations

There are five Fortnite New Sanctuary Chaos Cubes, newly added after the original 40 cubes were already discovered across the map. These five are more complex and often hidden in less obvious spots.

Here is how to find them:

    • 41. White RV in the woods (Northern forest area): Located inside a white RV parked deep in the woods north of New Sanctuary. It’s easy to miss due to trees and low visibility, so rely on the sound cue.
    • 42. Secret cave (Looper’s Leap area): Found inside a hidden cave. You can enter through the zipline above or via the northern entrance concealed behind a bush. One of the most hidden cubes.
    • 43. New Sanctuary vault (locked location): Located inside the vault under the main triangular building. This vault cannot be opened yet, so you may need to return in another match.
    • 44. Indoor pool diving board (southwest building): Found at the end of the diving board inside a large indoor swimming pool in the far southwest building. Easy to grab once inside.
    • 45. Small UFO between boulders (southern rocky area): Located under a small UFO between several boulders. Slightly hidden by terrain, so look for the UFO as your main clue.

These Fortnite New Sanctuary Chaos Cubes are more spread out and hidden than previous ones, so exploring beyond the main buildings is essential.

Best route to collect Fortnite New Sanctuary Chaos Cubes

To complete the Fortnite New Sanctuary Chaos Cubes challenge quickly, follow this route:

    1. Start at the southern coastline
    2. Move to Perfect Plunge
    3. Head toward the central vault
    4. Go to Looper’s Leap building
    5. Finish in the northern forest

This route reduces travel time and avoids backtracking.

By using audio cues and checking hidden areas, you can complete the challenge quickly and earn valuable XP.

If you want to level up fast this season, collecting all Fortnite New Sanctuary Chaos Cubes should be a priority.
