Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 brings several new characters and cosmetics, but one of the most talked-about additions is Ziggy. In the season trailer, a man and a chameleon sit on the Battle Bus when a strange energy wave hits. That moment fuses them into one character, and that is how Ziggy enters the game. We covered every detail you need to know about Ziggy in Fortnite, including its story, how to get the skins and where to find it!

    Who is Ziggy in Fortnite?

Ziggy is a new Fortnite character introduced in Chapter 6 Season 3. He is part of the Snackin’ & Slackin’ set. You can find him as a Battle Pass skin and as a healing NPC.

Here are some quick facts about him:

    • Type: Epic Outfit and NPC
    • Role: Medic (Heals players)
    • Health: 100
    • Shield: 400
    • Location: BURD To Go (north of Shining Span)
    • Release Date: June 7, 2025

As a healing NPC, Ziggy follows players and heals them when their health drops. He does not use weapons in fights. You can also talk to him to get info about other NPCs on the island.

How to get the Ziggy skin in Fortnite

To unlock the Ziggy skin, you need to buy the Chapter 6 Season 3 Battle Pass and unlock all items on Page 5. Once you collect all rewards on that page, you can claim Ziggy.

    Steps to unlock Ziggy:

    1. Buy the Chapter 6 Season 3 Battle Pass.
    2. Reach Page 5 in the Battle Pass.
    3. Collect all items on that page.
    4. Ziggy will unlock as a reward.

Ziggy is also part of the Bonus Rewards section. He has three Super Styles that you can unlock by gaining more XP and reaching high levels.

    Stormspark Ziggy

    Level 172

Where to find Ziggy in Chapter 6 Season 3

You can find Ziggy at BURD To Go, which is located just north of Shining Span. This location is a gas station, and Ziggy stays there throughout the season. Players can land nearby and visit him early in the match. He offers a Med Kit for sale and gives players the option to hire him as a teammate. He also shares information about other NPCs on the island.

To reach him easily, land near Shining Span and head north. Once there, you can speak to him, buy a Med Kit, or hire him for 800 gold bars. His role at this location is limited to providing healing support and interacting with NPCs.

Ziggy does not move from this area unless hired, and no alternate spawn locations exist this season.

    Is Ziggy bugged?

Many players report problems with Ziggy’s in-game behavior. Some say he doesn’t heal them. Others say he follows slowly or does nothing during combat. These problems make players question if Ziggy is bugged.

    Some common complaints include:

    • Ziggy does not heal in time.
    • He follows a long path to reach players.
    • He does not carry or use weapons.
    • He stands still during fights and does not help.

Some users say Ziggy does heal when needed, but he reacts too slowly. Others believe he is broken and not worth the 800 gold it costs to hire him. As of now, Epic Games has not confirmed a bug or released a fix for his behavior.

Players expect medics to heal and also defend themselves. In past seasons, other medic NPCs could shoot while healing. Ziggy only offers healing, and that causes frustration when he fails to support the team in active battles.

What to do if Ziggy fails:

    • Avoid hiring him in competitive matches.
    • Use him only if you stay near him during fights.
    • Report bugs through the in-game feedback option.
    • Watch patch notes for future updates
