The Mandalorian Rising update adds a lot of new content within the Galactic Battle season. Epic Games has been announcing and releasing new content since the Galactic Battle season started on May 2, and the Mandalorian update is just one of many. Here is a clear list of what you will find in the game:

New Weapons and Gear

• Amban Sniper Rifle
  • Now available in Rare, Epic, and Legendary types
    • Deals 98 damage per shot
      • Has a slow fire rate and holds one bullet per reload
        • Can break structures and hit enemies from long distances
• Mandalorian Jetpack
  • Now comes in Epic rarity
    • Has 100 fuel when picked up
      • Protects players from fall damage if it still has fuel
• WESTAR-34 Blaster Pistols
  • New dual-wield pistols based on Jango Fett’s weapons
  • High fire rate and decent damage
  • Found in all rarities except Mythic
  • Overheats if used too much without stopping

New Mandalorian NPCs

Players can now meet four new Mandalorian characters during a match. Each one has a different role and offers special items:

  • Can be hired
    • Sells the Thermal Imploder
      • Shares story information and gives intel
• Scout
  • Can be hired
    • Sells the Amban Sniper Rifle and Jetpack
      • Shows where the next storm circle will appear
• Supply
  • Offers the most items
    • Can be hired
      • Sells weapons and gives intel
        • Shares storyline dialogue
• Medic
  • Helps by healing you in battle
  • Can be hired
  • Offers intel and story dialogue

Custom Mandalorian Skin

The Mandalorian Warrior skin is the final part of the update. It is fully customizable, allowing you to modify the armor pieces, colors, and style to create your own unique look. The skin is not related to the older Mandalorian skin from Chapter 2 Season 5. This is a new version and comes with many options.

You can buy the skin alone or as part of a full bundle. The full bundle includes the outfit, pickaxe, cape, and two emotes. This is one of the most customizable skins in Fortnite history.

How to get the Mandalorian skin in Fortnite

You can buy it from the Fortnite Item Shop. It is listed under the “Champions of Mandalore” section.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Fortnite Item Shop
2. Find the Mandalorian Warrior skin
3. Choose between two options:
   1. Buy the skin only for 1,800 V-Bucks
   2. Buy the full bundle for 2,500 V-Bucks

Epic Games released the Mandalorian Rising update on May 22, 2025. The skin and new content became available during the usual item shop refresh time. Players around the world got access based on their time zone. Here are the main release times:
